Job description:

As a Business Support Manager you will assist the operation manager to ensure the smooth
running of business.

Entry requirements of this job:

Entry will usually require GCSEs/S grades but if possible with other academic qualifications
and/or relevant experience is also acceptable. However previous experience of similar work is
preferred.

Tasks required by this job include:

• To Provide strategic support and guidance to the operation manager achieving business
objectives
• To Support the implementation and maintenance of a standard training
• To plan work schedules, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to the team
• To co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external resources or customers
• To co – ordinate with the team and ensure smooth running of business.
• To prepare and maintain staff files
• To ensure that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing various
policies adhered to;
• To implement inventory control measures, including regular stock counts, replenishment
planning, and managing supplier relationships.
• To maintain car viewing for the customers.
• To maintain schedule for car viewing for the prospective seller.

Job Description:

As the company sales of used cars, therefore as a Marketing Executive the candidate is required
to contribute to develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote our product and services
on online and offline as well. The candidate needs to plan, advert, organise event etc to facilitate
the marketing about the product, service and after sale service of the company to the targeted
customers.

Entry requirements for this job:

The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate must possess a BTEC/SQA award
or A levels or equivalent qualification. However experience in working in similar position for
long time will be considered and preferred.

Tasks required by this job include:

As a marketing executive, you will need to:
• communicate with targeted customers and build and develop customer relationships
• discuss business methods and services and target customer group in order to identify
marketing requirements
• proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs
• help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
• write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
• run advertising in online websites and various apps
• run social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Tweeter etc
• arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials, maintain and update customers
databases to inform the customers about our promotions

Job description:

As a Team Leader – Customer Care, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of
customer service crew member of the company. Your main objective will be to ensure
exceptional customer service and satisfaction by providing guidance, support, and training to the
team members. You will also be responsible for handling customer escalations and maintaining a
positive and efficient work environment.

Entry requirements for this job:

For this position, candidates should possess a minimum of GCSEs/S grades or equivalent
qualifications. However, prior experience in similar work is preferred. Additional on-the-job
training will be provided.

Tasks required by this job include:

  • To run the shift and lead the customer service team
  • To coordinate and ensue the smooth running of business
  • To discusses customer responses with business support manager with a view to
    improving the service provided;
  • To plan and co-ordinate the operations of help and advisory services to provide support
    for customers
  • To provide guidance, support, and mentoring to the customer service team to ensure
    excellent service delivery.
  • To ensure that all products are properly organised and all customers are viewing the cars
    with getting high attention and priority
